Whatever content brought you to my site, here's a little more about me:
- I "caught the bug" in a political science quantitative methods course in college, where I was introduced to using R for basic statistical inference, linear and logistic regressions, etc. I thought it felt like a superpower to be able to work with data and statistics that directly
- I'm passionate about using R and Observable JS to explore datasets and share insightful data products with web technologies like Shiny
- I love building tools to make data more broadly available and accessible (including some of my R packages.
- Laravel has become my go-to weapon for large-scale apps and sites.
- I'm a lifelong motorsports fan, and I maintain a lot of open-source software to make it easier for F1 fans to import and analyze data pertaining to that championship in multiple languages
